As a result of technological and manufacturing advancements, Moyno is now offering multilobe replacement pumping elements for its Moyno® L-Frame, 1000 and 2000 progressing cavity pump lines. Moyno multilobe replacement elements feature a 2:3 ratio element profile optimized for superior pumping performance and long life.

Most notably, Moyno multilobe replacement elements are ideal for end users within industrial markets who desire a 50% - 75% increased flow rate over single-lobes (1:2 ratio) without having to transition to a larger pump or increase pump speed. Multilobe elements also allow the end user to decrease pump speed by 1/3 and still maintain current single-lobe flow rates. This is particularly attractive in abrasive applications where decreased pump speed will aid in extending pump life.
