The new Moyno Annihilator is a twin shaft solids reduction unit designed for trouble-free performance in a variety of installations including sewage lift stations, head works and sludge processing systems. The Moyno Annihilator features patented, toothed cutting spacers that increase the unit's efficiency, further decrease particle size and reduce the risk of failure from ragging. The mechanical seals and bearings shall be mounted on separate stainless steel sleeves which allows for quick on–site replacement of worn components without purchasing complete cartridge designs.
