Moyno® Series 4
Annihilator™ Grinder
Moyno, Inc. will introduce the new Series 4 Annihilator™ Grinder as well as the new MoynoŽ 2000 CC Pump. Moyno will also display its premier 2000 HS System at the Water Environment Federation Annual Technical Exhibition & Conference (WEFTEC), to be held October 2 - 6 in New Orleans. Moyno will be exhibiting in booth #2519.
The new Moyno® Series 4 Annihilator™ Grinders are twin shaft solids reduction units designed for trouble-free performance in a variety of industrial and municipal applications. The new Annihilator grinder now offers new features including optimized cutter combinations, one-piece flange housing and a quick change cutter cartridge. Annihilator™ grinders protect downstream equipment from being plugged or damaged from large solids, reducing expensive repairs. The Moyno® Series 4 Annihilator™ is equipped with improved counter-rotating, intermeshing cutters and patented spacer cutters that more than double the cutting edges for optimal performance.
Moyno® 2000 Close-Coupled Pump
Moyno will launch the newest product, the Moyno® 2000 CC Pump also at WEFTEC. The new 2000 CC pump is a close-coupled, gear-joint pump for handling abrasive, high-solids content material. The 2000 CC pump offers cost-effective, high-quality pumping performance in a compact package and long service life.
Moyno® 2000 G3 Pump
Moyno® 2000 HS System
Moyno will exhibit the Moyno 2000 G3 Pump, a single auger feed complete with a bridge breaker, which is ideal for medium-to high-viscosity solids-laden fluids where product bridging is a concern. The company will also showcase the Moyno® 2000 HS System, which features an integral hopper with a twin-screw auger feeder and specially designed progressing cavity pump that efficiently handles high solids, dewatered municipal sludge to over 50 percent solids. The Moyno 2000 HS system is a significant technology advancement for the wastewater treatment industry. It can pump filter cake further distances with higher volumetric efficiencies than any other progressing cavity pump. Its twin screw feeder supplies a constant, pressurized feed rate to the pump resulting in a 100 percent pump cavity fill rate. The enhanced design of the patented Ultra-Feed® pump rotor head further contributes to superior volumetric efficiency.
