New Series 4 Annihilator™ Grinder Now Available
Moyno, Inc. recently introduced a new line of Annihilator™ grinders, designated the Series 4, for even greater cutting capability. The new Moyno® Series 4 Annihilator™ grinder now offers new features including optimized cutter combinations, one-piece flange housing and a quick change cutter cartridge. Annihilator™ grinders protect downstream equipment from being plugged or damaged from large solids, reducing expensive repairs.
Moyno Annihilator grinders are twin shaft solids reduction units designed for trouble-free performance in a variety of industrial and municipal applications including: sewage screening at lift stations, in-channel raw sewage at waste treatment plants and correctional institutions, wastewater at rest areas and mobile home parks, paper and stock wastes, vegetable, fruit and poultry wastes, paint and chemical wastes and waste fuels.
The Moyno® Series 4 Annihilator™ is equipped with improved counter-rotating, intermeshing cutters and patented spacer cutters that more than double the cutting edges for optimal performance. The Series 4 Annihilator also features a quick change cutter cartridge that ensures fast, easy replacement of the cutter assembly for reduced downtime and lower maintenance cost. There are no flange bolts to disconnect on the Series 4 Annihilator due to its one-piece flange housing, making overall repairs easier and quicker.
The Moyno Series 4 Annihilator dimensionally retro-fits other twin shaft grinders and is easily adaptable to existing channel and pipe works with little or no modifications.
